All materials, including but not limited to training content, videos, PDFs, workbooks, presentations, and marketing materials, are intellectual property protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without express written permission from the Company. Participation in any of our programs does not grant you a license to use, modify, or distribute our proprietary methods or frameworks. The Company does not make earnings claims, effort claims, or any representations that our training will result in financial success. Statements or testimonials from past participants reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for all clients. We do not measure earnings or financial performance of clients. More leads and sales calls do not automatically translate to higher revenue. All events are live with no recordings provided. These are interactive experiences, not passive webinars. Your experience and success are directly tied to your level of participation. To maximize results, attendees should join from a computer (not a phone) for full engagement, be in a distraction-free environment for optimal focus, and come prepared to take action immediately, which may include legal filings, business purchases, or administrative tasks.

Some steps in the bootcamp require fees paid directly to third parties (government agencies, vendors, service providers, etc.) for things like registering a business entity, purchasing a domain or virtual address, or filing for business licenses. These fees are not collected by us and vary by state and industry. Having at least $300 set aside is recommended to take action during the bootcamp.

All sales for the Business Structure Bootcamp are final—there are no refunds under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule for a future bootcamp at no additional cost by notifying us in advance.
