PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the Platinum Membership program in relationship to the She's Fully Funded Club (“Membership”) offered by New Day For You Financial LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and participating in the Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not enroll in or continue using the Membership.

1. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND ACCESS

The Membership provides access to exclusive resources and services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Proprietary funding strategies and business growth materials

  • Private coaching calls, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities

  • Exclusive networking events, workshops, and community engagement

  • Digital courses, templates, and specialized tools

  • Priority support and funding insights

The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Membership at its sole discretion without prior notice. Members will be notified of any substantial changes.

2. PAYMENT TERMS, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION

  • The Membership is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis, as selected by the Member at checkout.

  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including but not limited to cases of partial usage, missed events, or dissatisfaction.

  • Members authorize the Company to charge the designated payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

  • If payment is declined, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Membership benefits until payment is received.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, Members will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be provided.

  • Members agree not to initiate chargebacks for any Membership fees. If a chargeback is initiated, the Company reserves the right to dispute the claim, terminate access immediately, and take further legal action if necessary.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTED USE

The materials, content, and strategies provided within the Membership are proprietary and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

❌ PROHIBITED ACTIONS:

  • You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any course materials, templates, or proprietary information with non-Members, including clients, colleagues, or third parties.

  • You may not use any Membership content to create competing products, courses, or training materials.

  • You may not teach, coach, or present strategies learned in the Membership as your own.

  • You may not record, duplicate, or distribute Membership sessions, events, or content without express written permission from the Company.

âś… PERMITTED USE:

  • You may use the content and templates for personal business development only.

  • You may adapt materials for internal use within your own business, provided they are not resold or redistributed.

  • If you wish to reference strategies or share insights learned, you must provide appropriate credit to the Company.

  • Members are encouraged to refer others to the program through our affiliate program.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of Membership without refund, permanent removal from the community, and revocation of access to any materials (paid or unpaid) previously unlocked. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of intellectual property theft or breach of these terms.

4. MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

To maintain a professional and supportive community, Members must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Respectful and professional engagement with fellow Members and Company representatives.

  • No solicitation, self-promotion, or unauthorized marketing within the community.

  • No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior toward any Member or Company representative.

  • No unauthorized use of community platforms for private business dealings outside the Membership scope.

  • No threats or attempts to dispute payments via chargebacks. Any such action will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal consequences.

Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension, permanent removal, and termination of all Membership benefits and access to materials without refund. The Company reserves the right to take further action as deemed necessary.

5. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company does not guarantee funding approvals, business success, or specific financial outcomes. The Membership is educational in nature and Members are responsible for their own business and financial decisions.

  • The Company is not liable for financial losses, investment decisions, or the use of third-party services.

  • Participation in the Membership is at the Member’s own risk. The Company assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of provided content, strategies, or networking opportunities.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
